The Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1940s: How Robinson, MacPhail, Reiser and Rickey Changed Baseball

Before the rise of the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1940s, baseball was a game of white men, cloth caps clothing from the 1940s and concrete walls.
