This documentary takes a look at the life 1930s movie star and work of Jorge Negrete, the beloved Mexican film star known as "The Singing Cowboy." Footage of some of Mexico's biggest film stars of the 1930s, 40s 1930s movie star and 50s-including Cantinflas, Pedro Infante, Maria Felix (who was Negrete's wife), Luis Aguilar, 1930s movie star and more are shown saying goodbye to Negrete in between clips from his films.
